Return Eligibility (Damaged Items Only)

We meticulously inspect every item before dispatch. To maintain our quality standards, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged during transit. We strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind or personal preference.

How to Initiate a Damage Claim (7-Day Window)

If your item arrives damaged, we want to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You must formally request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To initiate your claim, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure your Order Number is included in the subject line of the email.
  • Provide a brief explanation of the issue in the body of the email.
  • Attach clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged area, as well as the item resting in its original packaging.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. The credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider).

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the client is entirely responsible for any return shipping fees required to send the damaged item back to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
